' <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />NOTICE OF HEARING <br />ON WATER IMPROVEMENT NO. 67-1 <br />VILLAGE OF ARDEN BILLS, MINNESOl'A <br /> <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Village of <br />Arden Hills, Minnesota, will meet at the Lake Johanna Elementary <br />School, 3120 Lake Johanna Boulevard, in said village, on the 29th <br />day of August, 1967, at 8:00 o'clock p. m., to hold a public hearing <br />pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, as amended, on proposed <br />Water Improvement No. 67-1 consisting of the construction of a <br />connecting feeder water main to the Roseville water system at <br />Glenhill Road and Bamline Avenue, and extending northerly and <br />easterly to terminate at an elevated storage tank adjacent to <br />Fernwood Avenue approximately 2000 feet north of County Road F, <br />together with certain necessary distribution mains~ largely located <br />within the commercial and industrial area of the village which will <br />also provide service connections to theproperty line, a meter <br />station at the south village limits and a water booster station at <br />approximately Red Fox Road, plus necessary fire hydrants and control <br />valVes and other appurtenances: all substantially in accordance with a <br />preliminary engineering report which is now on file and open to <br />public inspection in the office of the Village Clerk. <br /> <br />The cost of the improvement is presently estimated at approxi- <br />mately $630,250. <br /> <br />The area proposed to be assessed for the improvement includes <br />the properties situated within the following described area: <br /> <br />The Southeast quarter (SE 1/4) of Section 22, T 30, <br />R 23: the east one-half (E 1/2) of Section 27, <br />T 30, R 23: and all that portion of the East one-half <br />(E 1/2) of Section 34, T 30, R 23, lying northerly <br />of Josephine Hills Plat 2 and Josephine Hills No.3. <br /> <br />All persons desiring to be heard with reference to the improve- <br />ment snd the area proposed to be assessed therefor may appear and <br />be heard by the Village Council at the time and place stated above . <br /> <br />Dated: July 31, 1967. <br /> <br />BY ORDER OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL <br /> <br />{~. <br /> <br />Lorraine Stromquist <br />Villa~a Clerk <br />
