<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> <br />VILLAGE OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF <br />REPORT ON PROPOSED LAKE JOSEPHINE DRAINAGE DITCH <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is proposed to consider improvement of an existing open <br /> <br />drainage ditch extending towards Lake Josephine from the intersection of <br /> <br />Ingerson Road and Fernwood Street, and to assess the benefited property <br /> <br />for all or a portion of the cost of said improvement, pursuant to Minnesota <br /> <br />Statutes Chapter 429, as amended, <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF ARDEN HILLS, MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />That the proposed improvement be referred to Banister Engineering <br /> <br />Company, Village Engineers, for study and that they be instructed to report <br /> <br />to the Council with all convenient speed advising the Council in a preliminary <br /> <br />way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether it <br /> <br />should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement, <br /> <br />and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended. <br /> <br />Adopted by the Council this 31st day of July, 1967. <br /> <br />~~~ <br /> <br />Robert E.
