<br />MINUTES OF SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING <br />Village of Arden Hills <br />Thursday, July 13, 1967 <br /> <br />The meeting was called to order by Mayor Nethercut at 10:15 p.m. <br />following a meeting with the Water Study Committee. <br /> <br />Roll Call: Present - Nethercut, Crepeau, Olmen, BJorndahl and <br />Hollenhorst. <br />Absent - None. <br /> <br />ct <br /> <br />Minutes of the Water Study Committee were written separately by <br />the Committee and are on fIle. <br /> <br />Mayor Nethercut reviewed facts presented at the Committee <br />meeting. After discussion, motion was made by BJorndahl, seconded <br />by Hollenhorst, that Banister Engineering be authorized to prepare <br />plans and specifications for Plan A of the Proposar for water <br />Improvement and that Plan B plans and specifications th, <br />ste _ . be prepared 11 Control Data wants to be included <br />In the Improvement. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Motion made by BJorndahl, seconded by Olmen, that a committee <br />as follows be set up to obtain preliminary information required <br />to set a public hearing on matter: Trustee Henry Crepeau, <br />Attorney Vincent P. Courtney, Fisc~1 Consultant Peter Popovich, <br />Public Water Committee Chairman Ro~ert McNlesh and Engineer Roger <br />Short. Motion carried. Commlttel was requested to report back <br />to Council at the next meeting if possible. <br /> <br />Motion by Crepeau, seconded by Holtenhorst, that a special <br />meeting be set for ThurSday, July 27, 1967 at 8:00 p.m. to certify <br />the results of the special electlQn re liquor sales on Sunday <br />and such other business as may arise.
