Nethercut, Hollenhorst, <br />Crepeau, OlmeD and BJorndahl. <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />OlmeD introduced the following resolution <br /> <br />and JlIOved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RElATING TO ApPORTIONMENT <br />OF ASSESSMENTS RElATING TO STREET <br />IMPROVEMENT NO. 2 (60-2) <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of <br /> <br />Arden Hills, .Minnesot.a, as follows: <br /> <br />WHEREAs the assessment roll for Street Dmprovement No. 2 <br /> <br />(60-2) as last finally amended and adopted on October 10, 1960, <br /> <br />was filed and certified to the County Auditor of Ramsey <br /> <br />County on December 12, 1960 for the purpose of including <br /> <br />installments thereof to be collected along with real estate <br /> <br />t.axes commencing in 1961, and <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />WHEREAS parcels of property as contained in the original <br /> <br />assessment roll as certified, have since been divided and <br /> <br />conveyed by property owners, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS the Count.y Auditor of Ramsey County requires that <br /> <br />apport.ionment. of original assessment. against. each original <br />
