Minnesota, as follows: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the assessment roll for Sanitary Sewer Improvement <br /> <br />No. 1 as last finally amended and adopted on September 9, 1960, <br /> <br />was filed and certified to the County Auditor of Ramsey County <br /> <br />on October 26, 1960, for the purpose of including installments <br /> <br />thereof to be collected along with real estate taxes commenCing <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />in 19611 and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a hearing on supplemental assessments. re- <br /> <br />assessments, and apportionment of previous assessments in <br /> <br />respect to Sanitary Sewer Improvement No. 1 was held on <br />
