To build reserves for capital equipment replacement. <br />2. To subsidize infrastructure improvements. <br />Issues <br />Budget constraints. <br />Budget Commentary <br />This budget is used to account for transfers out of the General Fund to other funds of the City. $102,540 and <br />$171,140 was transferred to the PIR fund in 2022 and 2023 respectively.
