• Capping the number of licenses issued in the city at one time at six (6) <br />o Currently, there are five (5) tobacco licenses (Brausen Holiday, Cub Foods, Cub <br />Discount Liquor, Hwy 96 Holiday and Walgreens), and so there will be one <br />additional license available under this amendment. <br />• Prohibiting Issuance of Licenses to Tobacco Stores <br />o Previously, Arden Hills had one dedicated tobacco shop that voluntarily forfeited <br />its license in November 2023.
