16. LANDSCAPING. Prior to the issuance of a building permit, a landscape financial <br />security in the amount of 125% of the estimated cost of the landscaping shall be submitted by <br />Developer. See requirements in Report of Planning Case 24-014, Memorandum of Community <br />Development Director dated July 22, 2024. The Landscape financial security shall be held for two <br />full growing seasons. For any landscaping or screening that is not in accordance with the approved <br />plans at the end of two growing seasons, Developer will replace the material to the City's <br />satisfaction before the guaranty is released. The City may, at its sole discretion, use the proceeds <br />of the performance guaranty to accomplish performance. <br />17. RESERVED. <br />18. SPECIAL PROVISIONS. The following special provisions shall apply to the <br />Development: <br />22, 2024. <br />A. Implementation of the conditions listed in Resolution No. 2024-03 8, of July <br />B. Implementation of the recommendations listed in the engineering review in <br />the July 22, 2024 Staff Report on page 22. <br />C. Implementation of the recommendations listed in the Staff Report <br />Memorandum dated July 22, 2024. <br />D. The Developer shall post a $2,500.00 security for the final placement of <br />interior subdivision iron monuments at property corners. The security will be held by the City <br />until the Developer's land surveyor certifies that all irons have been set following site grading and <br />utility construction. <br />2 <br />
