H , Extract of Minutes of Meeting of the Vi llage Counc il Village of Arden Hills County of Ramsey State of Minnesota Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Arden Hills, Ramsey County, Minnesota, was duly held in the Village Hall at ... 1450 West Highway 96, St. Paul, Minnesota, on Monday, the 30 day of January, 1967, at 8:00 o'clock p.m. The following members were present: Mayor Netbercut, Trustees Crepeaur Holl.nborst and BJorndahl and the following were absent: Trustee 0 I men TrusteeCreDea. introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION RELATING TO APPORTIONMENT OF ASSESS~~NTS RELATING TO SANTIARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT NO. 6 BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Arden Hills, Minn~sota, as follows: WHEREAS, the assessment roll for Sanitary Sewer Improvement No.6 as last finally adopted on November 1, 1963, was filed and certified to the County Auditor of Ramsey County on Dec- ember 3, 1963, for the purpose of including installments thereof to be collected along with real estate taxes commencing in 1964; and . WHEREAS, since that date a number of parcels of property contained within said assessment roll have been divided and con- veyed by previous property owners; and WHEREAS, the County Auditor of Ramsey County requires that apportionment of the original assessment against each original tract *here it has later been divided, sold or conveyed, be made by the Village Council of the Village of Arden Hills in order that the proper assessment can be extended by the County Auditor against each parcel of property thereafter, commencing with an assessment to be collected in the year 1964 and there- after.
