Extract of Minutes of Meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Arden Hills Ramsey County, Minnesota Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Arden Hills, Minnesota, was duly held at the Village Hall in said village on Monday, the ~th ~ fH ,.- day of ~l , 1968, at ~O o'clock p.m. The following members were present:BJorndahl, Crepeau, Of men, Hollenhorst,~ and the following were absent: 11........1 -R~ ~nllnrilm~n ~rApA~" introduced and moved the adoption of the following resolution: RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT ON SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT NO. 12 WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve that portion of the Village of Arden Hills lying generally north of Interstate High- way 694, east of Interstate Highway 35W, except the area previously included in Sanitary Sewer Improvement No. 6 by the construction of lateral sewers and appurtenances and lift station and force main to give immediate service to the northwest corner of the village, together with a main sewage pumping station and force main to serve as an outlet for the entire north area of the village, and to assess the benefited property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minn. Statutes Secs. 429.011 to 429.111 (Minn. Statutes 1965). , NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF - THE VILLAGE OF ARDEN HILLS, MINNESOTA: That the proposed improvement be referred to Banister Engineering Company for study and that they are instructed to report to the Council with all convenient speed, advising the Council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether it should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement, and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended.
