Minnesota <br /> A-.,.....t. 26. 1968 <br /> September 30, 1968 <br />- Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> of the Village Council of the Village of Arclen B111s, M1nnes~a, <br />. 30th <br /> 'WaS held at the Village Hall in said village on the 46* day of <br /> September <br /> M9'---t, 1968, at 8:00 o'clock p.m. <br /> The following members were present: Mayor Bjorndah1, <br /> Councilmen Crepeau, Olmen, Hollenhorst and Henderson <br /> and the following were absent: None <br /> COuncilman Crepeau then 1ntroduced and moved <br /> the adoption of the following resolut10n: <br /> RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR PUBLIC SALE <br /> OF TEt-iPORARY IJlJPROVIWiENT BONDS. SERIES 2 <br /> BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of Arden Hills, <br /> Minnesota: <br /> 1. Pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, and upon <br /> public n~ice and hearing as therein required, the village has <br /> ordered the construction of Water Improvement No. 68-1 and has <br /> advertised for bids and has entered into contracts for such <br /> construction, and the total cost thereof, inC:lud1ng the cost of <br /> work under said contracts and additional work to be performed, <br /> and all other expenses necessary to be incurred in connection <br /> with the improvement is estimated at present to be $ . <br /> There are DO funds of the village on hand and ava11able for the <br /> payment of such costs. <br />-... 2. To finance the costs of said improvement, as determ1ned <br />-. ~ date, the village shall issue temporary improvement bopds, <br /> for the payment of Which the full faith and credit of the <br /> village shall be pledged. <br />. 3. The Council shall meet at the time and place designated <br /> in the form of notice herein contained for the purpose of <br /> receiving, opening and considering sealed bids for and awarding <br /> the sale of said bonds, and the Clerk is hereby authorized and <br /> directed to cause notice of the time, place and purpoee of said <br /> meeting to be published in the New Brighton Bulletin, the official <br /> newspaper of the village, and in the Commercial West, a financial <br /> newspaper published at Minneapolis, Minnesota, which n~ic:e shell <br /> be in substantially the following form: <br /> - - <br />
