<br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> <br />VILLAGE OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION VACATING A PORTION OF LAKEVIEW AVENUE <br />IN JOSEPHINE LAKE PARK IN THE VILLAGE OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> <br />... <br />~ <br /> <br />WHEREAS, by Resolution passed by the Council of Arden Hills on August 12, <br /> <br />1968 in accordance with the provisions of Sec. 412.851 of Minnesota Statutes <br /> <br />nnotated, initiating the procedure for vacation of a portion of Lakeview Avenue n <br /> <br /> <br />osephine Lake Park as hereinafter described, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, duly published and posted notice was thereupon given of a public <br /> <br />to be held thereon on September 9, 1968, at 8:00 o'clock P.M., at a <br /> <br />Council meeting iri the Village Hall, 1450 West Highway 96, St. Paul, <br /> <br />innesota, which notice was given in accordance with the provisions of said <br /> <br />ection 412.851, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said public hearing was duly held and an opportunity was afforded <br /> <br />statements for or against the granting of this petition, <br /> <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, upon motion duly made, seconded and unanimously approved, <br /> <br />a quorum of the Council being then and there present, it was <br /> <br />RESOLVED, that it appears in the interest of the public to <br />vacate the pottion of the following-described street in Arden <br />Hills, Ramsey County, Minnesota, to-wit: <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />That portion of Lakeview Avenue in Josephine Lake <br />Park lying westerly of Shoreline Lane (originally <br />platted as Jensen Avenue) being 30 feet in width <br />and having a north line 158.869 feet in length <br />and a aputh line 147.667 feet in length and con- <br />taining approximately 0.19 acres, all according <br />to the plat of Josephine Lake Park on file and <br />of record in the office of the Register of Deeds <br />of Ramsey County. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Adrrhistrative Clerk shall <br />prepare and present to the proper County officers a notice <br />of completion of these proceedings in accordance with Sec. <br />117.19 of Minnesota Statutes Annotated. <br /> <br />Dated at the Village of Arden Hills, Ramsey County, Minnesota this .9tlJ... <br /> <br />ay of September, 1968. <br /> <br />~ ~"'- <br /> <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />ttest: <br /> <br />
