There are between 10 and 15 other <br />properties along Ingerson Road and Ingerson Court which extend from the roadway to the <br />Lake, and these properties may also be subdivided in the future. <br /> <br />Because the depths of these lots exceed 200 feet, the lots would be subject to both <br />front foot charges and acreage charges.
