<br />'" <br />-~- <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of Village Council <br />Village of Arden allls, Ramsey County, Minnesota <br />August 26, 1968 <br /> <br />A regular meeting of the Council of the Village of Arden Hills, <br /> <br />Minnesota, was held in the Village dall on August 26, 1968, at 8:00 <br /> <br />o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: <br />Crepeau, Olmen, Henderson <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br />BJorndehl, Hollenhorst <br />The Administrative Clerk presented to the Cowlcil the proposed <br /> <br />assessment roll for Consolidated Water Improvements numbered 67-1 <br /> <br />and 67-2 prepared by her with the assistance of the village engineers <br /> <br />as directed by the Council on July 29, 1968, and reported that the <br /> <br />assessment roll is now on file in her office and open to public <br /> <br />inspection. <br /> <br />Councilman <br /> <br />Olm9R <br /> <br />then introduced the following <br /> <br />resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />aESOLVTIO~ PROVIDING FOR HEARING ON THE <br />PROPOSED ASSESSMENT FOR CONSOLIDATED <br />WATER IMPROVE.MENTS NUMBERED 67-1 Al'ID 67-2 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of Arden Hills, <br />Minnesota, that the proposed assessment roll for the above consoli- <br />dated Water Improvements, now on file and open to public inspection <br />in the office of. the Administrative Clerk, is approved, and the Clerk <br />is directed to publish and mail notice that the Council will meet to <br />consider the proposed assessment on September 24, 1968, in the <br />Village Hall, 1450 West Highway 96, in said village. <br /> <br />The notice shall state the date, time and place of the meeting, <br />the general nature of said improvement, the area proposed to be <br />assessed, that the proposed assessment roll is on file with the <br />Administrative Clerk, and that written or oral objections thereto by <br />any property owner will be considered. It shall be published in the <br />official newspaper of the village at least once, and shall be mailed <br />to the owner of each parcel described in the assessment roll, not l <br />less than two weeks prior to the date of said meeting. For the <br />purpose of such mailed notice, owners of said parcels shall be those <br />shown as such as of August 3, 1968 on the records of the County <br />Treasurer. Every property owner whose name does not appear on such <br />
