Paul, Minnesota, on Monday, the . 29 <br /> <br />day of July, 1968, at 8:00 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor BJorndahl, <br /> <br />Councilmen, Crepeau, Olmen, Hollenhorst, & Henderson <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />none <br /> <br />Crepeau <br /> <br />introduced the following <br /> <br />resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLtn'ION RELATING TO APPORTIONMEi.'n <br />OF ASSESSMENTS RELATING TO SANITARY <br />SEWER IMPROVEMEi.~T 1'10. 5 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of <br /> <br />Arden Hills, Minnesota, as follows: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the assessment roll for Sanitary Sewer Improvement <br /> <br />No.5 as last finally adopted on November 1, 1963, was filed <br /> <br />and certified to the County Auditor of Ramsey County on <br /> <br />December 3, 1963 for the purpose of including installments thereof <br /> <br />to be collected along' with real estate taxes commencing in <br /> <br />1964, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, since that date a number of parcels of property <br /> <br />coata1nedwith1n said assessment roll have been divided and <br /> <br />conveyed by previOUS property owners, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS" the County Auditor of Ramsey County requires that <br /> <br />apportionment of the original assessment against each original <br />
