<br />",,-....-- <br /> <br />" <br /> <br />Extract of l\1inutes of J!.ieeting of the <br />Village Council <br />Village of ~den Bills <br />county of Ramsey <br />State of Minnesota <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the Village Council of the Village of Arden Bills, Ramsey <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />County, Minnesota, was duly held in the Village Hall at 1450 <br /> <br />West Bighway 96, St. Paul, Minnesota, on ~ronday, the 8th <br /> <br />day of July, 1968, at 8:00 o'clock P.W. <br /> <br />The following members were present, <br />Bjorndah I, Crepeau" fio Ilenhorst <br /> <br />and the following <br /> <br />IoIAnry 'CrApe:au <br /> <br />were absent: <br />:Ol_en, Henderson <br /> <br />introduced the fallowing <br /> <br />resolution <br /> <br />and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO APPORTIONMENT <br />OF ASSESSI.mdTS RELATIHG TO SA..UTARY <br />SEWER II~ROVEMENT NO. 5 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of <br /> <br />Arden Hills, Minnesota, as follows: <br /> <br />~mEREAS, the assessment roll for Sanitary Sewer Improvement <br /> <br />No.5 as last finally adopted on November 1, 1963, was filed <br /> <br />and certified to the County Auditor of Ramsey County on <br /> <br />December 3, 1963 for the purpose of including installments thereof <br /> <br />to be collected ~ong with real estate taxes commencing in <br /> <br />. 1964, and <br />WHEREAS, since that date a number of parcels of property <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />contained within said assessment roll have been divided and <br /> <br />conveyed by previous property owners.. and <br />
