<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />.. <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> <br />VILIAGE OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RE SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT NO.9, <br />APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS THEREFOR <br />AND DIRECTING ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution passed by the Council on June 24, 1968 <br /> <br />Banister Engineering Co. has prepared plans and specifications for the sanitary <br /> <br />sewer system to extend approximately 600 feet along County Road F and thence <br /> <br />northerly approximately 1500 feet along a line just west of and parallel to <br /> <br />Fernwood Street and has presented such plans and specifications to the Council <br /> <br />for approval, and <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE ARDEN HILLS COUNCIL: <br /> <br />1. Such plans and specifications are hereby approved and shall be filed <br /> <br />with the Administrative Clerk. <br /> <br />2. The Administrative Clerk and the Engineer shall prepare and cause to <br /> <br />be inserted in the official paper an advertisement for bids upon the making of <br /> <br />such improvement under such approved plans and specifications. The advertisement <br /> <br />shall be published once at least 10 days before the time set herein for opening <br /> <br />of bids, shall state that bids will be opened on July 26, 1968 at 11:00 A.M. at <br /> <br />the Village Hall, at which time the bids will be opened and tabulated by Engineer <br /> <br />Lund and Administrative Clerk Lorraine E. Stromquist. The bids will then be <br /> <br />considered by the Council at 8:00 P.M. on July 29, 1968 in the Village Hall. <br /> <br />Said advertisement shall provide that no bies will be considered unless sealed <br /> <br />-1- <br />
