<br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> <br />VILIAGE OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> <br />. <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING SEWER IMPROVEMENT NO. 9 <br />AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF PIANS AND SPECIFICATIONS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a resolution of the Arden Hills Council adopted the 19th day of <br /> <br />June, 1968, fixed a date for a Council hearing on the proposed improvement <br /> <br />known as Sewer Improvement No.9, which improvement was to consist of ne- <br /> <br />cessary services for a complete system extending approximately 600 feet along <br /> <br />County Road F and thence northerly approximately 1500 feet along a line just <br /> <br />west of and parallel to Fernwood Street, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, two weeks published notice of said hearing was given as re- <br /> <br />quired by law and the hearing was held thereon on the 24th day of June, 1968 <br /> <br />and at said hearing all persons desiring to be heard were given an opportunit <br /> <br />to be heard thereon, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, mailed notice of said hearing was also given as required by <br /> <br />law, <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Arden Hills Council as follows: <br /> <br />1. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Notice <br />of hearing and in the feasibility report of the village enginee <br />dated May 13, 1968, as amended pursuant to action of the <br />Council on June 10, 1968. <br /> <br />2.
