JACK BELL, 4082 Valentine Crest (Spoke before): In <br />favor of the improvement. <br /> <br />MR. NICK BERLAGE, 1817 Gramsie Road (Spoke before): In <br />favor of the improvement and also in favor of abandoning the <br />attempt to obtain federal funds. <br /> <br />MR. THOMAS I-lANGAN, 1812 Venus (Spoke before): In favor of <br />the improvement. <br /> <br />~m. c. l~. BUCKINGHAM, 1700 Glenview (Spoke before): Asked <br />if a poll could be taken of the persons present to determine how <br />many favored proceeding without waiting for a federal grant. <br /> <br />I4R. ROBERT NETHERCUT, 3908 Dellview (Spoke before): In <br />favor of the improvement but thought the COuncil should spend <br />a couple of months to determine whether or not a federal grant <br />might be available. <br /> <br />MR. CLIFFORD ANDERSON, 1804 Venus (Spoke before): Urged <br />the Council to proceed with the improvement immediately and <br />abandon the idea of obtaining federal funds. <br /> <br />ANN STURGEON, 3769 New Brighton Road: Wanted to wait and <br />see if there was a possibility of Obtaining federal aid. <br /> <br />MR. LAWRENCE KINPORTS, 1645 Valentine: Opposed to the <br />improvement because he has no water problems. <br /> <br />MR. RAYMOND FARICY, representing COlumbia Transit Company <br />(Spoke before): Has no objection to the project itself but asked <br />that consideration be given to eliminating the area owned by his <br />client from the project. <br /> <br />MR. WILLIAN DOMNING, 1691 Crystal: Opposed to the improve- <br />ment. Said he might be in favor of it if he could get a definit., <br />answer about assessments on odd shaped lots. <br /> <br />MR. JM4ES SHERMAN, 3946 Dellview (Spoke before): Opposed <br />to the improvement because of the assessment formula. <br />
