<br />1 <br />.P'1/ <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> <br />VILLAGE OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> <br />. <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH <br />RAMSEY COUNTY BOARD <br />HE LAKE JOHANNA DRAINAGE AREA <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on May 27 this Council directed preparation of an Agreement <br /> <br />with the Board of Commissioners of Ramsey County providing for partici- <br /> <br />pation by Ramsey County in a feasibility study regarding the Lake Johanna <br /> <br />drainage area, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a form of such agreement has now been submitted by the <br /> <br />Village Attorney and reviewed by the Council, <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, said Agreement is in all things approved and the <br /> <br />Mayor and Administrative Clerk of this Village are authorized and directed <br /> <br />to execute said Agreement on behalf of the Village of Arden Hills, <br /> <br />Passed by the Council of Arden Hills this 10th day of June, 1968, <br /> <br />. <br />. <br />
