IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the <br /> <br />Village of Arden Hills, Hinnesota: <br /> <br />1. The Mayor and Administrative Clerk are hereby authorized <br /> <br />and directed to enter into a contract with <br /> <br />Northern Contracting Co. <br /> <br />for $ 453,380.00 <br /> <br />in the name of the <br /> <br />Village of Arden Eills for Water Improvement No. 68-1 according to <br /> <br />the plans and specifications thereof heretofore approved by the <br /> <br />Village Council and on file in the office of the Village Administra- <br /> <br />tive Clerk. <br /> <br />2. The Village Administrative Clerk is hereby authorized <br /> <br />and directed to return forthwith to all bidders the deposits <br /> <br />made with their bids except the deposits of the successful bidder <br /> <br />and the next lowest bidder shall be retained until contracts have <br /> <br />been signed. <br /> <br />The motion was seconded by Councilman <br /> <br />Crepeau <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />all present <br />and the following voted against, <br /> <br />none <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
