OJ!' <br />REPORT Ol.\I WATER IMI?ROVEMEl.-rr NO. 68-2 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve that portion of the <br /> <br />Village of Arden Hills lying generally south of Interstate <br /> <br />Highway 694, west of valentine Lake and north of the Soo <br /> <br />Line Railroad right-of-way and also including a small portion <br /> <br />of Arden Hills lying south of the Soo Line Railroad right-of- <br /> <br />way, west of the Northern States Power right-of-way and north <br /> <br />of a line approximately 400 feet south of Hudson Avenue by the <br /> <br />construction of a trunk main, lateral mains, hydrants, <br /> <br />services and other appurtenances necessary for a complete <br /> <br /> <br />. system, and the reconstruction of street surfaces damaged <br /> <br />-, <br />''-' <br /> <br />during the water main construction, pnd to asse.. the benefitted <br /> <br />- ,.. <br /> <br />property for aU, or a portion of the cost of the 1IIlprovement <br /> <br />pursuant to VJ.1nnesota Statutes, ChapteJl' 429, as amended. <br />
