<br />, , <br />. ~ <br />., .ft; - <br /> <br />, <br /> <br />, <br /> <br />.. <br /> <br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting of the <br />Village COuncil of the Village of Arden Hills <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice l'~reof, a R~Qular <br /> <br />meeting of the Village Council of the village of Arden Hills, <br /> <br />Minnesota, was duly held at the Village Hall in said Village on <br />Monday the 8th day of April <br />, 1968, at 8:00 <br /> <br />o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: <br /> <br />Mayor Bjorndah I, <br /> <br />Councilmen Crepeau, Hol I~nhorst and Henderson <br /> <br />and the following were absent: CouncllmanOlmen <br /> <br />C':nllnrl I m~n r.rApA~1I <br /> <br />introduced and moved the adoption <br /> <br />of the following resolution: <br /> <br />RESOLtn'ION ORDERING PREPARATION OF <br />REPORT ON WATER IMPROVEMENT NO. 68-3 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve that portion of the <br /> <br />Village of Arden Hills lying generally south of County Road <br /> <br />E and east of Lake Johanna exclusive of the areas included <br /> <br />in water Improvements 67-1, 67-2 and 68-1 by the construction <br /> <br />of trunk and lateral water mains and necessary appurtenances, <br /> <br />and to assess the benefitted property for all or a portion <br /> <br />of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, <br /> <br />Chapter 429, as amended. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF <br /> <br />THE VILLAGE OF ARDEN HILIS, MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />That the proposed improvement be referred to Banister <br />Engineering Company for study and that they are instructed to <br />report to the Council with all convenient speed, advising the <br />Council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed <br />improvement is feasible and as to whether it should best be <br />made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement, <br />and the estimated cost of the improvement is recommended. <br />
