<br />I. <br /> <br />, <br /> <br />.. <br /> <br />I) <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> <br />VILlAGE OF ARDEN HILI.'3 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION PROVIDING WORKMAN'S COMPENSATION COVERAGE <br />FOR COUNCIL, <br />ADMINISTRATIVE CLERK AND TREASURER <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Sec. 176.011 of Minnesota Statutes Annotated, as amended in 1967, <br /> <br />permits Workman's Compensation Coverage for elected or appointed officials <br /> <br />of the municipality upon resolution or ordinance to that effect, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Council of Arden Hills desires to effect workman's compen- <br /> <br />sation coverage for certain officials, <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the members of the Council, the <br /> <br />Administrative Clerk and the Treasurer of Arden Hills shall be included <br /> <br />within the workman's compensation coverage provided by the Village of Arden <br /> <br />Hills, and the proper officers of the Village are directed and authorized <br /> <br />to obtain such coverage forthwith. <br /> <br />Dated at Arden Hills, Minnesota this 25th day of March, 1968. <br /> <br />~. <br />Attest: ~ <br />RODe t Bjorndahl, Mayor <br /> <br />~ ~[ ~ .--J- <br /> <br />LORRAINE E.
