Municipalities letter of 2/21/68. <br />Administrative Clerk Stromquist will attend an Informational <br />meeting of March I, 1968. <br /> <br />Oak Wilt <br />Mayor Bjorndahl reported that on March 2, 1968, a Parks and <br />Recreation Committee will check on the status of removal of diseased <br />trees. <br /> <br />REPORT OF ADMINISTRATIVE CLERK LORRAINE STROMQUIST <br /> <br />Financial Statement for 1967 <br />Councilman Henderson moved approval of the Financial Statement <br />for calendar year 1967 as submitted by Administrative Clerk Strom- <br />quist and at~ached, approval of Transfers In and Out as listed and <br />authorized publication of the statement In the New Brighton Bulletin <br />as submitted. Seconded by Councilman Olmen; carried. <br /> <br />Letter to Residents - Water Improvement 68-1 <br />Administrative Clerk Stromquist was requested to add a paragraph <br />of explanation concerning the shaded area. <br /> <br />Bank Securities <br />Councilman Olmen moved approval of bank securities In the amount of <br />$91,000.00, at the First State Ba~k of New Brighton, and the Fitst <br />National Bank of St. Paul In the amount of $405,000.00; seconded <br />by Councilman Hollenhorst; motion carried. <br /> <br />Reso~utlon of 49th District DFC Clubs <br />Councilman Crepeau moved referral to Attorney Courtney of the <br />resolution relative to civil rights ordinances; seconded by Council- <br />man Hollenhorst; carried. <br /> <br />.. <br /> <br />Clerk and Finance Officers Conference <br />Councilman Crepeau moved approval of purchase of two tickets to the <br />conference on March 12 and 13, 1968.
