<br />- <br /> <br />~,/dJV <br /> <br />Minutes of Joint Council and <br />Planning Commission Meeting <br />Village of Arden Hills <br />Monday - January 8, 1968 - 8:45 <br /> <br />p.m. <br /> <br />Call to Order <br /> <br />Mayor Bjorndahl called the meeting to oreer at 8:55 p.m. <br /> <br />Roll Call <br /> <br />.". <br /> <br />Present - Mayor Bjorndahl, Councilmen Crepeau, Olmen, lIollenhorst and <br />Henderson; Planning Commission Chairman Larry BrodIe; <br />Nembers: Cadwell, Hanson, Hoffmann, McGough, Schwnacher <br />and Moberg <br /> <br />Absent - Jones and Horty. <br /> <br />Also Present - Village Attorney Vincent P. Courtney, Administrative <br />Clerk Lorraine Stromquist and Deputy Clerk Florence Honan. <br /> <br />Purpose of Meeting <br /> <br />Mayor Bjorndahl stated that the purpose of this meeting is to discuss <br />mutual problems concerning the Council and the Planning Commission, <br />and to ask the attorney to explain and clarify certain part of the <br />Village Ordinances. <br /> <br />An informal oral report was then given by Attorney Courtney, followed <br />by a question and answer period and general discussion between <br />Planning Commission members and the Village council. <br /> <br />Adjournment <br />The meeting adjourned at 11:20 p.m. <br /> <br />fi~~~~~ <br />Rol;{er B ornd <br />Mayor <br /> <br />orra1ne Stromqu at <br />Administrative Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />-- <br />
