PW2023-03M <br />Background/Discussion <br />This Agreement is between Ramsey County and the City of Arden Hills, for the maintenance and <br />operation of traffic control signal systems within the City of Arden Hills. The County owns and <br />operates the traffic control signal systems at intersections with County roads, the intention of this <br />agreement is to clearly define roles and responsibilities. <br />The City Attorney has reviewed the agreement as Attachment A, City staff recommends the City <br />Council approve Agreement NO.
