Miller - Assistant Public Works Director <br />SUBJECT: 2024 PMP Street & Utility Improvement Project — Payment #5 <br />Budgeted Amount: Actual Amount: Funding Source: <br />$3,001,100 PIR, Special Assessments, <br />$2,864,791.05 Utility Funds, RCWD Stormwater <br />Grant, Ramsey County <br />Council Should Consider <br />Motions to approve, table, or deny the following: <br />• Payment No. 5 for the 2024 PMP Street and Utility Improvements Contract to S.M. <br />Hentges & Sons, Inc. in the amount of $62,324.75. <br />Background/Discussion <br />On February 12, 2024, the City Council approved plans & specifications and ordered <br />advertisement for bids for the 2024 PMP Street & Utility Improvement Project. The proposed <br />improvements include bituminous paving, storm water improvements, watermain improvements <br />on James Avenue, concrete curb and gutter repair, and appurtenant work on the following streets: <br />Streets proposed for Full -Depth Reclamation: <br />• Keithson Drive from County State Aid Highway (CSAH) 96 West to 800 feet south of <br />CSAH 96 West <br />• Royal Hills Drive from Snelling Avenue North to Arden View Drive <br />• Colleen Avenue from McClung Drive to Hamline Avenue North <br />• Norma Avenue from Dawn Circle to Briarknoll Drive <br />• Norma Avenue from Briarknoll Drive to Colleen Avenue <br />• James Avenue from Indian Oaks Trail to Colleen Avenue <br />Page 1 of 3 <br />
