CONSENT ITEM - 8D <br />-ADEN HILLS <br />MEMORANDUM <br />DATE: November 12, 2024 <br />TO: Honorable Mayor and City Councilmembers <br />FROM: Jessica Jagoe, Interim City Administrator <br />SUBJECT: Resolution 2024-052 Accepting the Liability Coverage Limits from the League of <br />Minnesota Cities Insurance Trust (LMCIT) for 2025 <br />Budgeted Amount: Actual Amount: Funding Source: <br />N/A N/A N/A <br />Council Should Consider <br />Motion to approve, table or deny the following: <br />• Resolution 2024-052 accepting the liability coverage limits from the League of Minnesota <br />Cities Insurance Trust (LMCIT) for 2025. <br />Background <br />Each year the City Council is required to decide whether or not to waive the statutory tort liability <br />limits to the extent of the coverage purchased.
