Report and they are currently contracted to administer the South Tower Improvements Project. <br />City staff recommends approving the PSA with TKDA (Attachment C) in the amount not -to - <br />exceed $70,000 for the 2025 CIPP Lining Project. <br />Budget Impact <br />Met Council was recently approved $12,000,000 through State legislation to put towards the <br />current I/I grant program. The Met Council I & I grant program period for eligible spending is <br />Jan 1, 2024, through Dec 31, 2025, and Arden Hills is eligible to participate. Eligible <br />reimbursement funds have typically been 25% of the pipe -lining bid item costs as long as overall <br />funds are available. <br />This project is budgeted for $475,000 overall project cost. When estimating, roughly 15% of the <br />budget is typical for engineering services with improvement projects. The budgeted amount for <br />engineering services equates to $71,250, TKDA has provided a proposal for $70,000.
