<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />ARDEN HILLS REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING MINUTES <br />JANUARY 31, 2005 <br /> <br />3 <br /> <br />MOTION: Councilmember Grant moved and Councilmember Larson seconded a <br />motion to approve Purchase Agreement Resolution No, 05-23: Waiving <br />Planning Commission Review of Disposal of Real Property and <br />Authorizing Execution of Purchase Agreement The motion carried <br />unanimously (5-0), <br /> <br />Councilmember Larson stated he had driven by the site over the weekend and asked that the <br />conifers on site be preserved, Mr, Clark replied that staff would be going out to the site to <br />survey it and mark the trees to be preserved, <br /> <br />7. UNFINISHED BUSINESS <br /> <br />None, <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL REPORTS <br /> <br />Mr. Siddiqui - Stated the National Guard would be holding a training next weekend with the <br />use of blank ammunition. <br /> <br />Councilmember Holden - None, <br /> <br />Councilmember Grant - None, <br /> <br />Councilmember Larson - None, <br /> <br />Mayor Aplikowski - Tbanked the Sportsman's Club for everything they had done in the past. <br />She stated they had a meeting with the Ramsey County League of City Governments last week <br />with the Legislatures and it was very successful meeting, She stated their next meeting would be <br />in March and the discussion would be the meth labs in Ramsey County and the northern suburbs, <br /> <br />Mayor Aplikowski adjourned the Regular City Council Meeting at 7:15 p,m, <br /> <br />~~.
