Zoning and Subdivision Ordinance Review Discussion <br /> Mayor Grant introduced Jason Zimmerman and Rita Trapp, from HKGi. <br /> Jason Zimmerman also introduced Kendra Ellner and outlined that over the past five months, <br /> HKGi has been working to understand and diagnose the issues within the zoning and subdivision <br /> codes for the City of Arden Hills in advance of recommending updates to the City Council for <br /> consideration. Having completed the first two phases of the four-phase project, HKGi is prepared <br /> to share the preliminary findings with the City Council and Planning Commission in order to <br /> receive feedback on the diagnosis and discuss potential solutions. <br />
