Commissioner Reinhardt thanked City Administrator Perrault for his dedicated service to the <br />City and for working diligently to move this project forward. <br /> <br />Commissioner Reinhardt announced the County had hired Ling Becker to serve as the new <br />Ramsey County Manager. <br /> <br />Commissioner Reinhardt stated Chair Martinson stepped down last Thursday and has become <br />the next Executive Director for the Recycling and Energy Center for Ramsey and Washington <br />Counties.
