Motion carried. <br />Approval of Minutes <br />Motion by Commissioner Frethem seconded by Commissioner Reinhardt to approve the April 1, <br />2024 JDA meeting minutes as presented. Motion carried. <br />Motion by Commissioner Monson seconded by Commissioner Fabel to approve the July 23, <br />2024 JDA Special Worksession meeting minutes as presented.
