Building setback lines need to be shown on Final Plat as required in City Code section 1120.02 A. <br />2. Provide a construction traffic control plan. <br />3. The developer shall obtain all necessary permits required. The list below includes anticipated <br />permits but is not intended to be all encompassing: <br />a. Rice Creek Watershed District Permit <br />b. MnDOT Right-of-Way Permit <br />c. Ramsey County Right-of-Way Permit <br />d. NPDES Construction Stormwater Permit <br />e. City of Arden Hills Right-of-Way Permit <br />f. City of Arden Hills Grading and Erosion Control Permit <br />4. Monument – Rendering does not match site plans; rendering appears to show extension or <br />modification of signage along CR 96 and/or Snelling Ave. Identify the signage modifications on <br />the site plan. Also, provide sight distance evaluation figure, to demonstrate a lack of site <br />distance issues as recommended by the traffic report. <br />5. Need a sidewalk connection to CR 96 from the walk in front of the apartment. <br /> <br /> <br /> Attachment M
