ORDINANCE NO. 2024-015 <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 13, <br />ZONING CODE, SECTION 1305, 1320, AND 1325 OF <br />THE ARDEN HILLS CITY CODE <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS, MINNESOTA, ORDAINS: <br />SECTION 1. Chapter 13 - Zoning Code, Section 1305 - Rules, Scope, Interpretation, & <br />Definitions, subsection 1325.04 Definitions, is hereby amended by deleting strikethrough <br />language and adding the underlined language as follows: <br />•Agriculture, Commercial Outdoor Cannabis. See "Cannabis cultivation". <br />•Agriculture, Commercial Indoor Cannabis. See "Cannabis cultivation". <br />•Cannabis cultivation. Growing cannabis plants from seed or immature plant to <br />mature plant, harvesting the cannabis flower from a mature plant, and packaging <br />and labeling immature cannabis plants and seedlings and cannabis flower for sale. <br />•Cannabis, Mezzobusiness. A cannabis business that conducts an operation <br />pursuant to Minnesota Statute Section 342.29, as it may be amended. The use may <br />include, but is not limited to, cannabis cultivation, cannabis manufacturing, <br />cannabis sales retail, cannabis wholesaling. <br />•Cannabis, Microbusiness. A cannabis business that conducts an operation <br />pursuant to Minnesota Statute Section 342.28, as it may be amended. The use may <br />include, but is not limited to, cannabis cultivation, cannabis manufacturing, <br />cannabis sales retail, cannabis wholesaling. <br />•Cannabis Testing Facility. A cannabis business that conducts an operation <br />pursuant to Minnesota Statute Section 342.37, as it may be amended. <br />•Light Manufacturing, Cannabis. A hemp business that conducts an operation <br />pursuant to Minnesota Statute Section 342.31, as it may be amended. <br />•Light Manufacturing, Lower-Potency Hemp Edible. A hemp business that <br />conducts an operation pursuant to Minnesota Statute Section 342.45, as it may be <br />amended. <br />•Retail, Cannabis Sales. The sale of cannabis plants and seedlings, adult-use <br />cannabis flower, and adult use cannabis products directly to consumers.
