<br /> Attorney Courtney revIewed a 1966 request for property dIvision,
<br /> Case No. 66-6, which had been granted approval by the Council on
<br /> March 28, 8966. He said that the registration of the divIsion had

<br /> Attorney Courtney submttted his letter, dated December 28, 1970, re
<br /> Special Use Permit Application, Case No. 70-36 - Odd Fellows.
<br /> The Clerk was requested to send copies of Attorney Courtney's letter
<br /> to each CouncIlman, for consideration at a later meeting when the
<br /> valIdIty of the application is ascertaIned.
<br /> McDonald and AssocIates - Sanitary Sewer Improvement 12-13
<br /> ApplIcation for Payment No.6
<br /> Attorney Courtney reviewed his letter, dated December 16, 1970, re
<br /> McDonald and Associates' request for a reduction of the retalnage
<br /> from 10%' to 2%.
<br /> After discussion and assurance from Engineer Lund that the 2% retalnage
<br /> wi II be sufficient to cover all clean-up work, It was moved by Counci 1_
<br /> man Henderson that Estimate No. 6, McDonald and Associates, Sanitary
<br /> Sewer improvement 12-13, Project !, be paid In the amount of $31,735.76,
<br /> reducing the retalnage to 2%, or $7,933.94. The motion was seconded
<br /> by Councilman Hollenhorst and carried unanimously.
<br /> Wate r 1m rovements 68-2 and 68-3 - Re uest for Final Fa ment
<br /> he requests for fina payment from Northern Contracting Company,
<br /> Water Improvement 68-3, and Northdale Construction Company, Water
<br /> .-. Improvement 68-2, were considered by the Council.
