McNiesh for a variance from the requirements <br /> of Ordinance No. 98 with respect to a proposed division of their <br /> property at 3447 Siems Court, Arden Hills, legally described as <br /> Lots 17 and 18, Block 2, Arden Hills, Ramsey County, Minnesota, <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS , said division would result in a building lot, <br /> being part of lot 18, containing approximately 11,200 square feet, <br /> , ;...", <br /> , less than the required lot size under the Zoning Ordinance, and <br /> r <br /> WHEREAS, the Council has further noted that a variance with <br /> respect to the lot line between said Lots 17 and 18 had been <br /> requested and granted by the Council on March 28, 1966, prior to <br /> the passage of Ordinance No. 98 and prior to the present require- <br /> ,~ ment on lot size, <br /> NOW THEREFORE ,IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, as follows: <br /> 1.
