'. <br /> . . <br /> ~. <br /> AGREEMENT BETWEEN VILLAGES <br /> OF <br /> NEW BRIGHTON AND ARDEN HILLS <br /> RE: PROPERTY BEING SIMULTANEOUSLY <br /> DETACHED AND ANNEXED BY SAID VILLAGES <br /> WHEREAS, by Resolution of the Council of New Brighton <br /> dated November 24, 1970, and Resolution of the Village of Arden <br /> Hills dated November 30, 1970, said villages have agreed to <br /> simultaneously detach certain property from each village and <br /> annex said property to the other village, all in accordance <br /> J with.the provisions of Minnesota Statutes and particularly <br /> Sect. 414.061 thereof, subject to the approval of the <br /> Minnesota Municipal Commission, and <br /> WHEREAS, certain matters relating to taxes, assessments, <br /> and utility services for the properties being detached and <br /> annexed should be resolved, <br /> NOW THEREFORE in consideration of the commitments herein <br /> \ made, it is agreed by and between the Villages of Arden Hills <br /> , <br /> I <br /> ~ and New Brighton as follows: <br /> . 1. The properties herein referred to are particularly <br /> described in the aforesaid Resolutions of the Councils of New <br /> Brighton and Arden Hills, and reference is made to said <br /> Resolutions, copies of which are attached hereto and incorporated <br /> herein by reference. <br /> 2. Real Estate Taxes. The 1970 real estate taxes, payable <br /> in 1971, shall in each instance belong and be payable to the village <br />
