In the event that sewer service is requested or becomes <br /> necessary in the future to other portions of the subject property <br /> being annexed by Arden Hills, sewer connections to the New Brighton <br /> sewer system shall be permitted by New Brighton on the same basis, <br /> it being noted that the New Brighton assessment on said property is <br /> based in part upon a lift station constructed in New Brighton; <br /> provided however, that all additional sewer line or connections <br /> thereto shall be in accordance with specifications approved by New <br /> Brighton, and the cost of additions to said lines made in Arden Hills <br /> shall not be at the expense of or chargeable to New Brighton. <br /> Ordinary maintenace of sewer attached to the New Brighton system shall <br /> be at the expense of New Brighton, but major repairs or improvements <br /> thereof normally assessed shall not be at the expense of New Brighton. <br /> S. Effective Date.
