The amount of $72,449 haa already been cert1f1ed for levy and COlltition <br /> Said levies shall be irrepealable except to the extent and in the manner provided 1971. <br /> by Minnesota Statutes, Section 475.61, as amended, and all collections thereof shall <br /> be credited to the Improvement Bond Sinking Fund as provided in Section 4.01 hereof. <br /> It is expressly recognized that the obligation of the Village is not limited to the <br /> assessments heretofore levied and taxes herein levied and the full faith, credit and <br /> taxing powers of the Village are hereby pledged to the payment of said bonds. <br /> Section 5. Certifications of Proceedings. <br /> 5.01 The Village Clerk-Administrator 1s directed to file with the County <br /> Auditor of Ramsey County a certified copy of this resolution, and such other in- <br /> formation as the County Auditor may require, and to obtain from the County Auditor <br /> a certificate stating that the tax required by law for the payment of the bonds <br /> issued hereunder has been fulV levied and that the bonds have been entered upon <br /> his bond register. <br /> 5.02 The officers of the Village and the County Auditor are authorized and <br /> directed to prepare and furnish to the purchasers of the bonds, and to bond counsel, <br /> certified copies of all proceedings and records relating to the authorization and <br /> , issuance of the bonds and such other affidavits and certificates as may reasonably <br /> be required to show the facts relating to the legality and marketability of the <br /> . bonds as such facts appear from the officers' books and records or are otherwise <br /> known to them.
