'. <br /> ~. <br /> Extract of l'linutes of Meeting <br /> Village Council <br /> Village of Arden Hills <br /> Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> Hald November 30, 1970 <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereo~a special meeting of <br /> the Village Council of the Village of Arden Hills, Minnesota, was <br /> duly held at the Village Hall in said Village on Monday, the 30th <br /> day of November, 1970, at 8:00 o'clock p. m. <br /> The following members were present: Mayor Crepeau and Councilmen <br /> HOllenhorst, Henderson and Herrick <br /> and the following were absent: Councilman Olmen <br /> Also in attendance were: Lorraine Stromquist, village clerk <br /> administrator; Mr. Vincent Courtney, village attorney; Mr. Worth Read, <br /> village treasurer; Mr. Donald Lund of Banister Engineering Company, <br /> village consulting engineers; and Mr. Peter S. Popovich of Peterson <br /> & Popovich, village bond consultants. <br /> The Village Clerk Administrator presented an affidavit show- <br /> ing publication of notice of hearing on the proposed supplemental <br /> reassessment of original assessments for Consolidated Sanitary <br /> Sewer Improvements Nos. 12 and 13 in the New Brighton Bulletin on <br /> November 11, 1970, in accordance with the resolution adopted <br /> october 29, 1970, which affidavit was examined, found satisfactory <br /> and ordered placed on file. The Village Clerk Administrator also <br /> exhibited an affidavit of mailing notice to affected property <br /> owners. <br />
