Gray Henderson. <br /> <br />Roll Call <br />Present: Acting Mayor E. Gray Henderson, Councilmen Stanley Olmen, <br />Ronald Herrick <br />Absent: Mayor Henry J. Crepeau, Jr. and Councilman John Hol!enhorst <br />Also Present: Clerk Administrator Lorraine Stromquist, En~lneers <br />Donald Lund and Norman Hendrickson <br /> <br />Ad ourned Hearln Re Reassessments on Water 1m . 68-2 and 68-3 <br />MI~u es as at ac ed. <br /> <br />Payment to Contractor, Sewer 12 - 13 <br />Motion was made by Councilman Herrick, seconded by Councilman Olmen, <br />that Engineer's Estimate No.3, Project No.2 In the amount of <br />$36,172.80, be approved for payment to Lamettl & Sons, inc.; motion <br />carried unan!mous~y. <br /> <br />County Road F Repair <br />Engineer Hendrickson reported that Ramsey County officials have <br />agreed to repair County Road F west of Old Highway 10, although <br />they feel the problem was caused by the Village allowing Falrvlew <br />Ave. to be built. The County will try to get the work done this <br />fall If weather permits. <br /> <br />Property Easements <br />Mrs. Stromquist reported thpt Attorney Courtney will write the <br />Council a letter report concerning the status of various easements <br />yet to be completed for Sewer Improvement 12 and 13. In all cases <br />Waivers of Trespass were obtained where needed so that construction <br />work could be done but certain final easement agreements with <br />property owners are stili pending. <br /> <br />Tax Forfeited Land <br />Councilman Herrick requested Clerk Administrator Lorraine Stromquist <br />~. to fefer ma~showlng tax forfeited parcels of land near Lake Lane <br />~C~ and the lots adjacent to the Philip Sampson lot, to the Parks and <br />',. Recreation Committee to determine what Is to be done with them <br />~. now that the Village has the title to them. <br /> <br />~.- AdjoYrnment <br />~.
