Assistant Village Planner Avl I~/\ Sfl0l7 SUBJECT : Amendments ta the Arden Hills Zoning Ordinance vii (Ordinance No. 99) In light of recent proposals that hove been submitted to the Planning Commission for consideration, namely, coses 70-36 and 70-38, the following revisions to the Zoning Ordinonce are suggested: 1. Section III.F .3. "Listing of Special Uses" Item a. "In Residential Districts" be amended by the omission of the phrase, "and other institutionsll . 2. Section IIl.D.19. "Prohibited Uses" be omitted in its entirety. 3. Section III.F.3. "Listing of Speciol Uses" Item a. "In Residential Districts" be amended by odding, "mobi Ie home parks". The Planning Commission would then be required to develop locational criteria and development standords. These would be quite similar to the existing "Apartment Policy". 4. Section 1I1.E. "Permitted Uses" be amended to reod: "No building or premises shall be devoted to uses other than those listed below, except as provided by this Ordinance for special uses and accessory uses". 5. Section III. F .3. "Listing of Special Uses" be amended by adding: tlNo building or premises shall be devoted to special uses other than those listed below." 6. Section 111.6. "Accessory Uses" be amended by adding: "No building or premises shall be devoted to accessory uses other than those listed below." RRS:sc .
