Every structure shall be developed and mointained in a safe, approved, and <br /> substantial manner. The exterior of such structures shall be kept in good <br /> repair and shall be repainted or refinished when directed by the commun ity. <br /> 2. Trailers shall be prohibited that: <br /> a. Do not conform to the requirements of the Vehicle Code of the State. <br /> b. Are in an unsanitary condition or having an exterior in bad repair. <br /> c. Are structurally unsound and do not protect the inhabitants against all <br /> elements . <br /> 3. Periodic inspection by Health, Police, building inspector, and other public <br /> personnel, may be required. <br /> 4. No obstructi on shall be permitted that impedes the inspection of plumbing, <br /> electrical facilities, and related trailer equipment. The area beneath a trai ler <br /> I coach shall be enc losed except that such enclosure must be openable for inspection. <br /> 5. No persons shall erect, place, construct, reconstruct, relocgte, alter, maintain, <br /> ,. <br /> %1 use, or occupy a cabana or structure in a trai ler park without the written consent <br /> I of the owner or apergtor of the trailer park, and shall require a building permit. <br /> ,0; 6.
