<br /> . <br /> - <br /> . <br /> . <br /> Extract of Minutes of Meeting of <br /> Village Council <br /> Village of Arden Hills <br /> Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> Held September 28, 1970 <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting <br /> of the Village Council of the Village of Arden Hills, Minnesota, <br /> was duly held in the Village Hall in said village on Monday, the <br /> 28th day of September, 1970, at 8:00 o'clock p. m. <br /> The following members were present: Mayor crepeau and <br /> Councilmen BOllenhorst. Olmen, Henderson aDd Herrick, <br /> and the following was absent: NOne . <br /> Also in attendance were: Mr.. Iorra1De ftrOlllqllist, Village <br /> Clerk Idministrator, Don IAuld and Norm Hlndr1ckson of Ban1ster <br /> Engineering Cmpany, and Peter s. POpovich of Peterson So popovich. <br /> The Village Clerk Administrator presented an affidavit show- <br /> ing publication of notice of hearing on the proposed assessment <br /> for consolidated Sanitary Sewer Improvements Numbered 12 and 13 <br /> in the New Brighton Bulletin on September lO, 1970, which affidavit <br /> was examined, found satisfactory, and ordered placed on file. The <br /> Clerk Administrator also exhibited a Certificate of Mailing Notice <br /> of Hearing to all affected property owners. <br /> The Mayor announced that the meeting was open for the con- <br /> sideration of objections, if any, to said proposed assessment. <br /> All persons present were then given an opportUnity to present <br /> ~-- <br />
