POpOviah <br /> The Village Clerk Administrator presented an affidavit show- <br /> ing publication of notice of hearing on the proposed assessment <br /> for a.4 Pax aaa4 lMprovlrTDt <br /> in the New Brighton Bulletin on September 10, 1970, which affidavit <br /> was examined, found satisfactory, and ord~red placed on file. The <br /> Clerk Administrator also exhibited a Certificate of Mailing Notice <br /> of Hearing to all affected property owners. <br /> The Mayor announced that the meeting was open for the con- <br /> sideration of objections, if any, to said proposed assessment. <br /> All persons present were then given an opportunity to present <br />
