Hollenhorst, <br />Henderson end Herrick <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Councll..n OloA <br /> <br />and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING ENGINEERS' PRE- <br />LIMINARY REPORT AND ?ROVIDING FOR <br />PUBLIC HEARING ON SANU'ARY SIDlER <br />IMPROVEMml'1. 110. 15. <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of Arden Hills <br />as follows: <br /> <br />1. By resolution adopted June 6, 1970, the Council has <br />directed Banister Engineering Company to prepare a preliminary <br />report as to the feasibility of a proposed 1mprovement consist- <br />ing of the construction of approximately 950 fGet of oanitary Sewer~ <br />and manholes and other appurtenances and the restoration of <br />sodded areas, generally in the area adjacent to County Road F <br />from 400 feet east of the center of Section 28 to approximately <br />600 feet west of the center of Section 28.
