NOTICE OF HEAlUl'lG ON SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT NO. 15 VILLAGE OF ARDEN HILLS, MINl!ESOTA NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the village of Arden Hills, Minnesota will meet at the village Hall, 1450 i~st Highway 96, in said Village, on the loth day of August, 1970, at 8:00 o'clock P.M., to hold a public hearing pursuant to Minnesota statutes, Chapter 429, as amended, on proposed Sanitary Sewer Im- provement No. 15 consisting of approximately 950'of sanitary sewers and manholes and other appurtenances and the restoration of sodded ~c~, areas, generally in the area adjacent to county Road F from 400 feet c' east of the center of Section 28 to approximately 600 feet west of the center of Section 28. The foregoing is all SUbstantially in accordance with a preliminary engineering report which is now Oll file and open to pUblic inspection in the Office of the Village Clerk Administrator. The cost of the improvement is presently estimated at approxi- mately $16,100. The area proposed to be assessed for the improve- ment shall be all those parcels of property lying within ,the f6rlaw-' ing: The westerly 400 feet of the northwest quarter of the northeast quarter of Section 28 and also the northeast quarter of the northwest quarter of Section 28: the southwest quarter of the southeast quarter of Section 21 and the southeast quarter of the southwest quarter of Section 21, all lying southerly of Interstate High- way 694 and all in Township 30 north, Range 23 west., All persons desiring to be heard with reference to the improve- ment and the area proposed to be assessed therefor may appear and be heard by the Village Council at the time and place stated above.
