<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF ARDEN <br />HILLS, MINNESorA: <br /> <br />The Village Clerk Administrator shall prepare and cause to be <br />inserted in the New Brighton Bulletin, the official paper, and in <br />the Construction Bulletin, an advertisement for bids upon the <br />making of such approved plans. The advertisement for Sanitary <br />Sewer Improvement No. IS shall be published as required by law, <br />shall specify the work to be done, shall call for bids upon the <br />basis of a cash payment for such work, shall state that the bids <br />will be opened and considered by the Clerk Administrator and <br />consulting en9ineer at 8.00 o'clock ~M. on August 10; 1970, <br />in the Village Hall, that no bids will be considered unless <br />sealed and filed with the Clerk Administrator and accompanied <br />by a cash deposit, certified check or bid bond payable to the <br />Clerk Administrator for ten per cent (10%) of the amount of <br />such bid. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was <br /> <br />duly seconded by Councilman <br /> <br />Hollenhorc;.+ <br /> <br />and, upon vote <br /> <br />being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: All present <br /> <br />and the following against: None <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />- 2 - <br />
